AGRO TRADING LP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for our products is 10 metric tons.

2. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

– 30% of the total invoice value shall be paid against invoice.

– 30% of the total invoice value shall be paid against shipping documents.

– 40% of the total invoice value shall be paid after delivery of goods to the buyer’s port.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

– Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

– Letter of Credit (LC)

– Western Union

– MoneyGram

– Cash

4. Quality Inspection

Buyers are eligible to visit our facilities and conduct field inspections to confirm product availability and quality.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We will ensure timely delivery of goods to the buyer’s port. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

6. Cancellation and Refund

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made according to our refund policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Buy All Admin Forum.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Acceptance

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
